How long does my original song take?
Each custom song is a work of art that takes time. Our songs are completely human-made and our talented artists want to make sure they get your song perfect. That’s why it takes up to seven business days for a song to be delivered. If you need your song faster, we offer a rush service (48 hour turnaround) for an additional fee of AUD$50.
How will my song be delivered?
Download and listen to your original song anytime from your SongJay account. You will be able to view your lyrics from here as well.Â
How much does an original song cost?
Our original songs start at AUD$249. Extras, such as adding a third verse, or publishing your song on Spotify, can be purchased at the checkout.
Can I make changes to my song once it’s been delivered?
Minor changes, such as a pronounciation of a name or incorrect information, will be made free of charge. For larger changes, such as song structure or instrumental layers, this will be an additional cost between $50-$150.Â
Do you use AI to make your songs?
We have never and will never use AI in any part of the song-creating process. We value the human experience, and each one of our talented artists takes the time to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece for you and your loved one.Â
How detailed can I make it?
As detailed as you like! When completing our form, feel free to add in as much information as your like about the person you are gifting your custom song to. Our artists will try their best to fit as much as they can into your song, but remember, if there is something that absolutely must be included, make sure to include it in the “must haves” section. Â
What is the structure of the song and how long does it go for?
Our songs have a duration of 2 minutes 30 seconds as a minimum, and follow a typical pop song structure of verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, chorus. If you would like, a third verse can also be purchased at checkout. This would also mean that more details could be added into the song. Our songs will always include vocals plus one to two instruments as a minimum requirement, but it is up to the individual artist how complex they would like to make it.Â
