Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each add-on product is custom-made to order so they cannot be canceled or refunded once 24 hours have elapsed from the time of purchase. Should you wish to cancel your order within the initial 24-hour period and the product has not yet entered production, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the product price will be applied before a refund is issued back to your original payment method.
